Romanian translator Cristian is Translavic’s first ‘Translator of the Month’

Translators – both in-house and freelance – are the moving force behind Translavic’s business success. Using qualified, experienced and professional freelancers is a firmly-fixed formula in our translation procedures and it is time that we pay tribute to those successful translators. The result is the ‘Translator of the Month’ award, created by resource manager Anna. Every month she chooses, together with our project managers – experts when it comes to judging the collaboration with our freelancers – the most outstanding translator of that month. Collaboration will be assessed on translation quality, response time, professionalism, punctuality and communication. Furthermore, out of the twelve ‘Translators of the Month’, the ‘Translator of the Year’ will be announced.

For the first ‘Translator of the Month’ award, all votes unanimously went to Cristian, a Romanian translator who has been delivering top-quality translations for years. Thanks to his quick response time, continuous availability, professionalism and pleasant communication, it is a pleasure to work with him. Cristian has since received a letter of congratulations, which can be used as a recommendation, and is now automatically in line for the ‘Translator of the Year’ award, which comes with a nice surprise.
