Translating is mere ‘child’s play’

In August 2012, Translavic was assigned translation work for Playnetic into Finnish, Danish, Swedish and Chinese. Playnetic specialises in the realisation of innovations for public areas and manufactures products and provides services associated with interactive games and audio information. We translated the scripts for Playnetic’s interactive games column GameNetic – the very latest development in the field of play in public spaces. Children aged 5 to 12 generate their own energy by pumping the column pedal and subsequently choosing from several games which test their knowledge and reactions. The translated texts were recorded by Translavic’s voice-over artists, enabling children abroad to also discover this amazing play experience.
