Translavic meets European Union standard

Translavic is the first translation agency in the Netherlands to satisfy the EN 15038 European standard for translation services. On Friday, 16 November 2007, Translavic was awarded the quality certificate by the Polish Veritas Agency, which reviewed Translavic’s business processes during an audit in the Markelo office. Among other things, the standard sets requirements for translators’ level of training and expertise and also prescribes that all translations be revised by a second translator. The standard is a yardstick for the quality of the service process for translators and clients alike. Translavic is proud to be the first translation agency in the Netherlands to have made it through the strict quality audit.
