Changeover to Microsoft Office 365

Last Tuesday (22 April), Translavic changed over to Microsoft Office 365: a cloud-based solution from Microsoft for commercial email traffic and Microsoft Office applications. Following a smooth migration process, the Translavic colleagues had immediate access to the latest versions of familiar MS Office programs like Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior to the changeover, our colleague and technical expert Łukasz tested the compatibility of our existing CAT software licences and translation management system, Plunet Business Manager, with these programs. The new interface took a bit of getting used to for some of our colleagues, but everything works fine and it looks great. The team members were trained in using the new MS Office applications by means of internal sessions.
